Izhar is a tech visionary, serial inventor, and seasoned executive with a track record of building and scaling high-value companies and products across multiple industries. With 50+ international patents and leadership over ventures worth hundreds of millions, he brings a rare blend of deep technical expertise and sharp business strategy. Holding a PhD in Physical Chemistry from the Hebrew University and completing postdoctoral research at ETH Zurich, Izhar drives Quantum Elements with a unique fusion of scientific rigor and entrepreneurial excellence.

Daniel Lidar

Daniel Lidar is the holder of the Viterbi Professorship of Engineering at USC, where he is a professor of Electrical & Computer Engineering, Physics, and Chemistry, and serves as the Director of USC's Center for Quantum Information Science & Technology. He has been conducting research at the forefront of quantum innovation for nearly 30 years, exploring the theoretical depths and practical frontiers of quantum information processing. He has received numerous research awards, published hundreds of peer-reviewed papers, holds several patents, and has trained dozens of graduate students and postdocs. Daniel Lidar has dedicated his career to making quantum computing a reality

Amir Yacoby
Co-Founder
Amir Yacoby is a Professor of Physics and Applied Physics at Harvard
University. He began his academic journey in aerospace engineering
before transitioning to physics, earning a Master’s degree in
theoretical physics and a Ph.D. in experimental condensed matter
physics from the Weizmann Institute of Science in 1994.
Professor Yacoby is a member of the National Academy of Sciences, the
American Academy of Arts and Sciences, a Fellow of the American
Physical Society, a member of the American Association for the
Advancement of Science, and an external member of the Max Planck
Society.
His research focuses on developing new experimental platforms for quantum technologies—including quantum computing and sensing—as well as pioneering techniques to probe quantum materials and uncover their underlying quantum mechanical behavior.

Chad Rigetti

Dr. Chad Rigetti is a quantum computing entrepreneur and physicist and the founder and CEO of Rigetti Computing, a public quantum computing company. Since founding the company in 2013, Dr. Rigetti has led the company to become a preeminent global leader in quantum computing. He has raised more than $200 million in venture funding, built a world-class leadership team and board, and institutionalized the company’s pioneering innovation capabilities.
Prior to Rigetti, Dr. Rigetti worked in the quantum computing group at IBM Research. Dr. Rigetti’s research focused on the development of novel silicon-based chip architectures, control schemes and system-level designs for practical quantum computing systems.
Dr. Rigetti is an inventor of 38 issued U.S. patents and author of more than 20 peer-reviewed scientific publications with more than 4,000 citations. He holds a Ph.D. in applied physics from Yale University and a B.S. in physics with honors from the University of Regina.

Eli Levenson-Falk
Eli Levenson-Falk is an Assistant Professor of Physics & Astronomy and Electrical & Computer Engineering at the University of Southern California. He runs the Levenson-Falk Lab, an experimental research group focused on superconducting circuits for quantum computing, quantum sensing, and foundational quantum physics research. Prior to joining USC in 2017, Eli received his PhD in Physics from the University of California Berkeley in 2013 and did a postdoctoral fellowship at Stanford.

Michael Lyons is a Serial entrepreneur in multiple high-tech startups, including world standard in airport security sold to L3 Harris and then Leidos. Co-founder Integrated Systems (INTS), acquired by Intel. General partner or venture partner in ZVP, Paladin Capital Group, and DFJ ePlanet I&II.
